Please read the following information regarding our policies relating to: Occupancy Limitations, Reservation Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, Smoking Policy, and Pet Policy.

- Rates:
- ARE SUBJECT TO STATE & LOCAL TAXES (CURRENTLY 12.5%) AND MAY BE CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE.
- Smoking Policy:
- The entire Crested Butte Club Boutique Inn & Spa is a non-smoking facility. If you smoke anywhere in our facility there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
- Pet Policy:
- Pets are not permitted in our rooms. If you bring a pet into a room, there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
- Traveling to Crested Butte:
- Crested Butte is accessible via Colorado Highway 135, which ends in town. Highway 135 is accessed from U.S. Highway 50 in Gunnison. Both of these roads are all-weather roads, accessible in both winter and summer. If you choose another route, be advised that many of the mountain passes that can make the trip to Crested Butte look shorter on the map but are closed in the winter. - Occupancy Limitations:
- All rates are based on two (2) guests per suite. Under no circumstances shall more than two guests occupy a suite without a sleeper sofa, roll-a-away, or crib. Certain suites include a sofa bed, or subject to availability and added charges, can accommodate a crib or roll-a-way bed. An extra guest fee is assessed when more than two guests occupy a suite. Children ages 0 to 2 stay free, ages 2 to 12 have an additional guest fee of $20.00 each per night, and guests 13 and over are $25.00 each per night. Two or more children must be housed in an adjoining or adjacent room at prevailing rates unless a sleeper sofa is part of the suite, where-upon the additional charges for extra persons applies. Children 15 years and older may use the Fitness Center only under parental supervision and strictly according to our published rules and regulations.
- Reservation Payment Policy:
- As a destination resort with 9 Suites, we collect 50% payment at the time the reservation is made. The balance will be charged 30 days prior to check-in. Payment may be made by personal or business check or by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, provided that the customer agrees upon payment that all sales are final.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is subject to a $25 per room administrative fee. A written cancellation request (email is okay - to: info@crestedbutteclub.com), must be received at least 31 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to no refund (unless we are able to rent your room(s), and then only up to the amount we are able to collect.)
